Galaxy will reimburse you for Early Termination fees from your current internet provider as an account credit when you sign up for an eligible service plan.

Once we have all the required details, we’ll put a credit on your account for the value of the Early Termination fee.
Contract Buyout Terms & Conditions
To qualify for Galaxy Fibre’s Contract Buyout Program, you must be a resident of Brooks, Alberta, and use the BrooksNET open-access fibre network to receive your services.
Reimbursement of the Early Termination fees (ETF) from your previous provider will be applied as a credit to your account to a maximum of $300.00. Only the ETF value will be applied; taxes,service fees, equipment charges, equipment return fees or other charges will not be reimbursed.
A copy of the final bill from the previous provider clearly outlining the ETF charges and the completed Contract Buyout forms are required and must be submitted within 60 days of service activation. Credit will be applied to your account after the first 30 days of service. Your name and address must appear on the previous provider’s bill and must match to your account name and address to be eligible for credit.
The ETF from the previous provider must be for the same type of service you are subscribed to with Galaxy Fibre. If you subscribed to Internet and TV with your previous provider but only subscribed to Internet with Galaxy Fibre, only the ETF for Internet will be reimbursed to a maximum of $300.
