Galaxy Fibre Refer a Friend Program Terms and Conditions

When you (Referrer) refer a friend to Galaxy Fibre and both you and your friend (Referee) meet the eligibility requirements, you will both receive a $50 account credit.

Eligibility:

  1. Referrer: must be a current Galaxy Fibre customer on an eligible service plan with their account in good standing. An account is considered in good standing when payment is received in full by the due date indicated on your invoice.
  2. Referee: must be a new Galaxy Fibre customer who has not previously signed up for services or been active in the past.


Referee account must be active for at least 60 days before the credit is eligible and applied to the Referee and Referrer accounts.

Timing of Credit: Please allow up to 60 days after the eligibility period for the credit to be applied to your Account.

Referral Limits: We want you to refer as many friends and family members as you want to our pure fibre services! There are no limits to the number of friends you can refer during the Refer a Friend offer period but more than one credit cannot be applied in the same month. If more than one credit is eligible in a month, credits will be applied in each of the following months until all of the eligible credits have been applied.

Credit Value: Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value. If active services are cancelled and there are outstanding credits on the account, you will not be able to redeem the remaining credits. If Referrer or Referee terminates services with Galaxy Fibre before the credit has been applied to your account, the credit becomes null and void.

How to Refer a Friend: Referring your friends is easy! Simply provide the name and contact details of your friend to our sales agent when you sign up and we will take it from there. Already a customer? No problem, reach out to our Customer Care team and they will guide you through the process.
